- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subregulation 10(2) of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Regulations 1994 [P.U. (A) 233/1994], in relation to P.U. (B) 58/2013 the Government has granted an extension of time in relation to the period for making the preliminary determination in the case of anti-dumping duty investigation with regard to the importation of Electrolytic Tinplate originating or exported from the Republic of Korea and the People’s Republic of China from 20 June 2013 to 19 July 2013.
