BERIKUTAN penyiaran Notis Pemulaan Penyiasatan Duti Anti-Lambakan mengenai

Import Keluli Tahan Karat Gulungan Sejuk dalam bentuk Gegelung, Kepingan atau apa-apa

Bentuk lain yang Berasal atau Dieksport dari Chinese Taipei, Finland, Perancis,

Hong Kong, Jepun, Republik Rakyat China, Republik Indonesia, Republik Korea dan

Republik Sosialis Viet Nam dalam P.U. (B) 208/2015 pada 28 April 2015,

Kerajaan melanjutkan tempoh masa dengan tambahan sebanyak tiga puluh hari mulai 27 Ogos 2015 hingga 25 September 2015 bagi membuat penentuan awal menurut subperaturan 10(2) Peraturan-Peraturan Duti Timbal Balas dan Anti-Lambakan 1994

[P.U. (A) 233/1994] dalam hal penyiasatan duti anti-lambakan mengenai import keluli tahan karat gulungan sejuk dalam bentuk gegelung, kepingan atau apa-apa bentuk lain dengan ketebalan tidak lebih daripada 6.5 milimeter dan kelebaran tidak lebih daripada 1,600 milimeter, yang berasal atau dieksport dari Chinese Taipei, Finland,

Perancis, Hong Kong, Jepun, Republik Rakyat China, Republik Indonesia, Republik Korea dan Republik Sosialis Viet Nam.

FOLLOWING the publication of the Notice of Initiation of an Anti-Dumping Duty

Investigation with regard to the Imports of Cold Rolled Stainless Steel in Coils, Sheets or any other Form Originating or Exported from Chinese Taipei, Finland, France,

Hong Kong, Japan, People’s Republic of China, Republic of Indonesia, Republic of Korea and Socialist Republic of Viet Nam in P.U. (B) 208/2015 on 28 April 2015, the

Government extends the time period by an additional thirty days from 27 August 2015

until 25 September 2015 for making the preliminary determination pursuant to subregulation 10(2) of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Regulations 1994

[P.U. (A) 233/1994] in the case of anti-dumping duty investigation with regard to the imports of cold rolled stainless steel in coils, sheets or any other form with the thickness of not more than 6.5 millimetres and width of not more than 1,600 millimetres, originating or exported from Chinese Taipei, Finland, France, Hong Kong,

Japan, People’s Republic of China, Republic of Indonesia, Republic of Korea and

Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.
