BERIKUTAN penyiaran Notis Permulaan Penyiasatan Perlindungan bagi Penentuan Awal mengenai Keluaran Jubin Lantai dan Dinding Seramik yang Diimport ke dalam Malaysia dalam P.U. (B) 462/2020 pada 11 September 2020, Kerajaan, menurut subperaturan 9(2)
Peraturan-Peraturan Pelindung 2007 [P.U. (A) 386/2007], melanjutkan tempoh masa penyiasatan perlindungan dengan tambahan selama tiga puluh hari mulai 12 Disember 2020 hingga 11 Januari 2021 untuk membuat penentuan awal dalam hal penyiasatan mengenai import keluaran jubin lantai dan dinding seramik ke dalam Malaysia.

PRELIMINARY DETERMINATION

FOLLOWING the publication of the Notice of Initiation of Safeguard Investigation for a
Preliminary Determination with regard to Ceramic Floor and Wall Tiles Products
Imported into Malaysia in P.U. (B) 462/2020 on 11 September 2020, the Government, pursuant to subregulation 9(2) of the Safeguards Regulations 2007 [P.U. (A) 386/2007], extends the time period of safeguard investigation by an additional thirty days from 12 December 2020 to 11 January 2021 for making the preliminary determination in the case of the investigation with regard to the imports of the ceramic floor and wall tiles products into Malaysia.
