Import Polyethylene Terephthalate yang Berasal atau Dieksport dari Republik Rakyat China,

Republik Indonesia, Jepun, Republik Korea, Amerika Syarikat dan Republik Sosialis

Viet Nam dalam P.U. (B) 345/2020 pada 28 Julai 2020, Kerajaan melanjutkan tempoh masa dengan tambahan sebanyak tiga puluh hari mulai 25 November 2020

hingga 25 Disember 2020 untuk membuat penentuan awal menurut subperaturan 10(2)

Peraturan-Peraturan Duti Timbal Balas dan Anti-Lambakan 1994 [P.U. (A) 233/1994]

dalam hal penyiasatan duti anti-lambakan mengenai import polyethylene terephthalate dengan kelikatan intrinsik 0.70 desiliter/gram atau lebih yang berasal atau dieksport dari Republik Rakyat China, Republik Indonesia, Jepun, Republik Korea, Amerika Syarikat dan Republik Sosialis Viet Nam.

NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF TIME PERIOD FOR MAKING

PRELIMINARY DETERMINATION

FOLLOWING the publication of the Notice of Initiation of an Anti-Dumping

Duty Investigation with regard to the Imports of Polyethylene Terephthalate Originating or Exported from the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Indonesia, Japan, the Republic of Korea, the United States of America and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam in P.U. (B) 345/2020 on 28 July 2020, the Government extends the time period by an additional thirty days from 25 November 2020 until 25 December 2020 for making the preliminary determination pursuant to subregulation 10(2) of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Regulations 1994 [P.U. (A) 233/1994] in the case of anti-dumping duty investigation with regard to the imports of polyethylene terephthalate with intrinsic viscosity of 0.70 decilitres/gram or more originating or exported from the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of Indonesia, Japan, the Republic of Korea, the United States of America and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.
