Preamble
- MENURUT perenggan 34(2)(b) Peraturan-Peraturan Zon Bebas 1991 [P.U. (A) 321/1991], notis diberikan bahawa suatu pelelongan awam akan diadakan pada suatu tarikh yang akan ditetapkan selepas tiga puluh hari dari tarikh Notis ini disiarkan dalam Warta bagi melupuskan mana-mana barang, selain barang-barang mudah musnah atau mudah terbakar, yang telah dibawa ke dalam zon bebas Pelabuhan Utara, Pelabuhan Selatan dan Pelabuhan Barat, Pelabuhan Klang dan—

telah ditinggalkan, selepas suatu tempoh empat bulan dari tarikh barang-barang itu dibawa ke dalam zon bebas itu.

Preamble
- PURSUANT to paragraph 34(2)(b) of the Free Zones Regulations 1991 [P.U. (A) 321/1991], notice is given that a public auction will be held on a date to be fixed after thirty days from the date of the publication of this Notice in the Gazette to dispose of any goods, other than perishable or inflammable goods, which have been brought into the free zones of the North Port, South Point and West Port, Port Klang and—
(b)
have been abandoned, after a period of four months from the date the goods were brought into the free zones.
