COILS ORIGINATING OR EXPORTED FROM THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA

AND THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM

FOLLOWING the publication of the Notice of Impending Termination of the Imposition of Anti-Dumping Duties on Imports of prepainted, painted or colour coated steel coils originating or exported from the People’s Republic of China and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam [P.U. (B) 334/2020] on 21 July 2020, the Government has received a request for an administrative review on the imposition of an anti-dumping duty on the imports of prepainted, painted or colour coated steel coils originating or exported from the People’s Republic of China and the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam

(“subject merchandise”) and pursuant to subsection 28(6) of the Countervailing and

Anti-Dumping Duties Act 1993 [Act 504] and regulation 34 of the Countervailing and

Anti-Dumping Duties Regulations 1994 [P.U. (A) 233 /1994], the Government initiates an administrative review.
