PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 23(2) Akta Duti Timbal Balas dan Anti-Lambakan 1993 [Akta 504] dan peraturan 11 Peraturan-Peraturan Duti Timbal Balas dan Anti-Lambakan 1994 [P.U. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 23(2) of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Act 1993 [Act 504] and regulation 11 of the Countervailing and Anti-Dumping Duties Regulations 1994 [P.U. (A) 233/1994], the Government has made a preliminary determination that no dumping margin under subsection 23(1) of the Act exists with respect to the steel wire rods classified under Harmonised System Code (H.S. Code) 7213.10.000, 7213.20.000, 7213.91.000 dan 7213.99.000 (“the subject merchandise”) exported by the following companies into Malaysia: Producers/Exporters Country

Reason for determination 2.

The reason for the negative preliminary determination is that the export price of the subject merchandise exported by those companies into Malaysia is higher than its normal value.
