IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 73(1) of the Interest Schemes Act 2016 [Act 778], the Minister exempts Crigen Resources Berhad from complying with section 47 of the Act, in relation to the interest in the trust deed for Danai Wellness & Investment Scheme, for the category specified in column (1) of the Schedule with effect for the period specified in column (2), subject to the condition that Crigen Resources Berhad shall comply with any guidelines in relation to interest schemes issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia from time to time.
