Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa di bawah subseksyen 73(1) Akta Skim Kepentingan 2016 [Akta 778], Menteri mengecualikan East West One Plantations Berhad daripada mematuhi seksyen 47 Akta, berhubung dengan kepentingan dalam surat ikatan amanah bagi East West Planter’s Scheme 1, berkuat kuasa mulai 15 Ogos 2019 hingga 15 Ogos 2021 tertakluk kepada syarat bahawa East West One Plantations Berhad hendaklah mematuhi apa-apa garis panduan berhubung dengan skim kepentingan yang dikeluarkan oleh Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia dari semasa ke semasa. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred under subsection 73(1) of the Interest Schemes Act 2016 [Act 778], the Minister exempts East West One Plantations Berhad from complying with section 47 of the Act, in relation to the interests in the trust deed for the East West Planter’s Scheme 1, with effect from 15 August 2019 to 15 August 2021 subject to the condition that East West One Plantations Berhad shall comply with any guidelines in relation to interest schemes issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia from time to time.
