- PADA menjalankan kuasa di bawah subseksyen 73(1) Akta Skim Kepentingan 2016 [Akta 778], Menteri mengecualikan Fudeyuan Berhad daripada mematuhi seksyen 47 Akta, berhubung dengan kepentingan dalam surat ikatan amanah bagi Skim Memorial Fudeyuan, berkuat kuasa mulai 24 Ogos 2020 tertakluk kepada syarat bahawa Fudeyuan Berhad hendaklah mematuhi apa-apa garis panduan berhubung dengan skim kepentingan yang dikeluarkan oleh Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia dari semasa ke semasa. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred under subsection 73(1) of the Interest Schemes Act 2016 [Act 778], the Minister exempts Fudeyuan Berhad from complying with section 47 of the Act, in relation to the interests in the trust deed for the Fudeyuan Memorial Scheme, with effect from 24 August 2020 subject to the condition that Fudeyuan Berhad shall comply with any guidelines in relation to the interest schemes issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia from time to time.
