- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 73(1) Akta Skim Kepentingan 2016 [Akta 778], Menteri mengecualikan Nian En Memorial Park Berhad daripada mematuhi seksyen 47 Akta, berhubung dengan kepentingan dalam surat ikatan amanah bagi Skim Nian En Memorial Park, berkuat kuasa mulai 24 September 2022 tertakluk kepada syarat bahawa Nian En Memorial Park Berhad hendaklah mematuhi apa-apa garis panduan berhubung dengan skim kepentingan yang dikeluarkan oleh Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia dari semasa ke semasa. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 73(1) of the Interest Schemes Act 2016 [Act 778], the Minister exempts Nian En Memorial Park Berhad from complying with section 47 of the Act, in relation to the interests in the trust deed for Nian En Memorial Park Scheme, with effect from 24 September 2022 subject to the condition that Nian En Memorial Park Berhad shall comply with any guidelines in relation to the interest schemes issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia from time to time.
