- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 96(1) of the Companies Act 1965 [Act 125], the Minister exempts Walton Berhad from having to comply with the provision of subparagraph 88(1)(b)(iii) of the Act for the first five years of the scheme in relation to the interests which relate to a trust deed in respect of Walton Winder Pre-Development Land Investment Scheme with effect from 30 April 2012.
