Now Therefore, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission gives notice under subsection 69d(4) of the Co-operative Societies Act 1993
[Act 502] that the assumption of control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Belia Nasional Berhad made under subsections 69(2) and 69a(2) of the Act has been completed on 26 October 2019, and the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission submits the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Belia
Nasional Berhad to the newly elected Board.
