BAHAWASANYA, melalui Perintah Koperasi (Pengambilalihan Kawalan Koperasi Desa Lestari Kampung Seterpa Kota Bharu Berhad) (Pelantikan Semula) 2020 [P.U. (A) 31/2020] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 30 Januari 2020, Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia telah melantik semula Zainudin bin Mohamed untuk mengambil alih kawalan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal Koperasi Desa Lestari Kampung Seterpa Kota Bharu Berhad, dan menjalankan kesemua urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwalnya berkuat kuasa mulai 30 Jun 2019 hingga 19 Julai 2019: 3 DAN BAHAWASANYA, Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia telah mengadakan mesyuarat agung khas Koperasi Desa Lestari Kampung Seterpa Kota Bharu Berhad pada 19 Julai 2019 dan dua belas anggota Lembaga telah dilantik dengan sewajarnya pada mesyuarat agung khas itu: MAKA OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN, Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia memberikan notis di bawah subseksyen 69D(4) Akta Koperasi 1993 [Akta 502] bahawa pengambilalihan kawalan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal Koperasi Desa Lestari Kampung Seterpa Kota Bharu Berhad yang dibuat di bawah subseksyen 69(2) dan subseksyen 69A(2) Akta telah diselesaikan pada 19 Julai 2019, dan Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia menyerahkan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal Koperasi Desa Lestari Kampung Seterpa Kota Bharu Berhad kepada Lembaga yang baru dilantik. WHEREAS, by the Co-operative Societies (Assumption of Control) (Appointment) Order 2016 [P.U. (A) 184/2016] published in the Gazette on 28 June 2016, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission has appointed Zainudin bin Mohamed to assume control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Desa Lestari Kampung Seterpa Kota Bharu Berhad, and carry on the whole of its business, activities and affairs with effect from 30 June 2016 to 29 June 2018 or until a Board is elected under the by-laws of the co-operative society, whichever is earlier: AND WHEREAS, by the Co-operative Societies (Assumption of Control) (Reappointment) (No. 2) Order 2018 [P.U. (A) 237/2018] published in the Gazette on 18 September 2018, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission has reappointed Zainudin bin Mohamed to assume control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Desa Lestari Kampung Seterpa Kota Bharu Berhad, and carry on the whole of its business, activities and affairs with effect from 30 June 2018 to 29 June 2019: AND WHEREAS, by the Co-operative Societies (Assumption of Control of Koperasi Desa Lestari Kampung Seterpa Kota Bharu Berhad) (Reappointment) Order 2020 [P.U. (A) 31/2020] published in the Gazette on 30 January 2020, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission has reappointed Zainudin bin Mohamed to assume control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Desa Lestari Kampung Seterpa Kota Bharu Berhad, and carry on the whole of its business, activities and affairs with effect from 30 June 2019 to 19 July 2019: AND WHEREAS, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission has held a special general meeting of the Koperasi Desa Lestari Kampung Seterpa Kota Bharu Berhad on 19 July 2019 and twelve Board members have been duly appointed at the special general meeting: 5 NOW THEREFORE, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission gives notice under subsection 69D(4) of the Co-operative Societies Act 1993 [Act 502] that the assumption of control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Desa Lestari Kampung Seterpa Kota Bharu Berhad made under subsection 69(2) and subsection 69A(2) of the Act has been completed on 19 July 2019, and the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission submits the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Desa Lestari Kampung Seterpa Kota Bharu Berhad to the newly elected Board.
