Preamble

BAHAWASANYA, melalui Perintah Koperasi (Pengambilalihan Kawalan) (Pelantikan) 2016 [P.U. (A) 80/2016] yang disiarkan pada 29 Mac 2016, Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia telah melantik Mohd Shihabuddin bin Mohd Yazid untuk mengambil alih kawalan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal Koperasi Guru-Guru DTC Malaysia Berhad, dan menjalankan kesemua urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwalnya berkuat kuasa mulai 30 Mac 2016 hingga 29 Mac 2018 atau sehingga suatu Lembaga dipilih di bawah undang-undang kecil koperasi itu, mengikut mana-mana yang terdahulu: DAN BAHAWASANYA, melalui Perintah Koperasi (Pengambilalihan Kawalan) (Pelantikan Semula)2018

Mohd Shihabuddin bin Mohd Yazid untuk mengambil alih kawalan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal Koperasi Guru-Guru DTC Malaysia Berhad dan perbadanan berkaitannya, dan menjalankan kesemua urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwalnya berkuat kuasa mulai 30 Mac 2018 hingga 29 Mac 2019:

yang disiarkan pada 28 November 2019, Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia telah melantik semula Mohd Shihabuddin bin Mohd Yazid untuk mengambil alih kawalan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal Koperasi Guru-Guru DTC Malaysia Berhad, dan menjalankan kesemua urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwalnya berkuat kuasa mulai 30 Mac 2019 hingga 30 April 2019:

MAKA OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN, Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia memberikan notis di bawah subseksyen 69D(4) Akta Koperasi 1993 [Akta 502] bahawa pengambilalihan kawalan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal Koperasi Guru-Guru DTC Malaysia

Berhad yang dibuat di bawah subseksyen 69(2) dan subseksyen 69A(2) Akta telah diselesaikan pada 30 April 2019, dan Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia menyerahkan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal Koperasi Guru-Guru DTC Malaysia Berhad kepada Lembaga yang baru dilantik.

NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF ASSUMPTION OF CONTROL

Opening note

Preamble

WHEREAS, by the Co-operative Societies (Assumption of Control) (Appointment) Order 2016 [P.U. (A) 80/2016] published on 29 March 2016, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission has appointed Mohd Shihabuddin bin Mohd Yazid to assume control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Guru-Guru DTC Malaysia Berhad, and carry on the whole of its business, activities and affairs with effect from 30 March 2016 to 29 March 2018 or until a Board is elected under the by-laws of the co-operative society, whichever is earlier: AND WHEREAS, by the Co-operative Societies (Assumption of Control) (Reappoinment) Order 2018 [P.U. (A) 124/2018] published on 18 May 2018, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission has reappointed Mohd Shihabuddin bin Mohd Yazid to assume control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Guru-Guru DTC Malaysia Berhad and its related corporations, and carry on the whole of its business, activities and affairs with effect from 30 March 2018 to 29 March 2019: AND WHEREAS, by the Co-Operative Societies (Assumption Of Control Of Koperasi Guru-Guru DTC Malaysia Berhad) (Reappointment) Order 2019 [P.U. (A) 326/2019] published on 28 November 2019, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission has reappointed Mohd Shihabuddin bin Mohd Yazid to assume control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Guru-Guru DTC Malaysia Berhad, and carry on the whole of its business, activities and affairs with effect from 30 March 2019 to 30 April 2019: AND WHEREAS, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission has held a general meeting (postponed) of the Koperasi Guru-Guru DTC Malaysia Berhad on 30 April 2019 and twelve Board members have been duly appointed at the annual general meeting (postponed) of the delegates: P.U. (B) 613 5 NOW THEREFORE, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission gives notice under subsection 69D(4) of the Co-operative Societies Act 1993 [Act 502] that the assumption of control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Guru-Guru DTC Malaysia Berhad made under subsection 69(2) and subsection 69A(2) of the Act has been completed on 30 April 2019, and the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission submits the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Guru-Guru DTC Malaysia Berhad to the newly elected Board.
