- BAHAWASANYA, melalui Perintah Koperasi (Pengambilalihan Kawalan) 2012 [P.U. (A) 12/2012] yang disiarkan pada 13 Januari 2012, Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia telah melantik Nooh bin Tokio untuk mengambil alih kawalan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal Koperasi Kemajuan Tanah Negeri Johor Berhad dan perbadanan berkaitannya, dan menjalankan kesemua urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwalnya: DAN BAHAWASANYA, melalui Perintah Koperasi (Pengambilalihan Kawalan) (Penggantian) (No. 2) 2013 [P.U. (A) 84/2013] yang disiarkan pada 5 Mac 2013, Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia telah melantik Encik Zahir bin Dahari untuk mengambil alih kawalan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal Koperasi Kemajuan Tanah Negeri Johor Berhad dan perbadanan berkaitannya, dan menjalankan kesemua urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwalnya: DAN BAHAWASANYA, melalui Perintah Koperasi (Pengambilalihan Kawalan) (Pelantikan) 2014 [P.U. (A) 212/2014] yang disiarkan pada 17 Julai 2014, Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia telah melantik Meor Mohammad Shariffudin bin Meor Yahya untuk mengambil alih kawalan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal Koperasi Kemajuan Tanah Negeri Johor Berhad dan perbadanan berkaitannya, dan menjalankan kesemua urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwalnya: DAN BAHAWASANYA, Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia telah mengadakan mesyuarat agung tahunan Koperasi Kemajuan Tanah Negeri Johor Berhad pada 29 dan 30 Ogos 2014 dan dua belas anggota Lembaga telah dilantik dengan sewajarnya pada mesyuarat agung tahunan perwakilan itu: MAKA OLEH YANG DEMIKIAN, Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia memberikan notis di bawah subseksyen 69D(4) Akta Koperasi 1993 [Akta 502] bahawa pengambilalihan kawalan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal Koperasi Kemajuan Tanah Negeri Johor Berhad dan perbadanan berkaitannya yang dibuat di bawah subseksyen 69(2) P.U. (B) 537 3 Akta telah diselesaikan pada 30 Ogos 2014, dan Suruhanjaya Koperasi Malaysia menyerahkan semua harta, urusan, aktiviti dan hal ehwal Koperasi Kemajuan Tanah Negeri Johor Berhad dan perbadanan berkaitannya kepada Lembaga yang baru dilantik. - WHEREAS, by the Co-operative Societies (Assumption of Control) Order 2012 [P.U. (A) 12/2012] published on 13 January 2012, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission has appointed Nooh bin Tokio to assume control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Kemajuan Tanah Negeri Johor Berhad and its related corporations, and carry on the whole of its business, activities and affairs: AND WHEREAS, by the Co-operative Societies (Assumption of Control) (Replacement) (No. 2) Order 2013 [P.U. (A) 84/2013] published on 5 March 2013, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission has appointed Encik Zahir bin Dahari to assume control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Kemajuan Tanah Negeri Johor Berhad and its related corporations, and carry on the whole of its business, activities and affairs: AND WHEREAS, by the Co-operative Societies (Assumption of Control) (Appointment) Order 2014 [P.U. (A) 212/2014] published on 17 July 2014, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission has appointed Meor Mohammad Shariffudin bin Meor Yahya to assume control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Kemajuan Tanah Negeri Johor Berhad and its related corporations, and carry on the whole of its business, activities and affairs: AND WHEREAS, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission has held an annual general meeting of the Koperasi Kemajuan Tanah Negeri Johor Berhad on 29 and 30 August 2014 and twelve Board members have been duly appointed at the annual general meeting of the delegates: NOW THEREFORE, the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission gives notice under subsection 69D(4) of the Co-operative Societies Act 1993 [Act 502] that the assumption of control of the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi P.U. (B) 537 5 DATUK NIK ALI BIN MAT YUNUS Executive Chairman Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission Kemajuan Tanah Negeri Johor Berhad and its related corporations made under subsection 69(2) of the Act has been completed on 30 August 2014, and the Malaysia Co-operative Societies Commission submits the whole of the property, business, activities and affairs of the Koperasi Kemajuan Tanah Negeri Johor Berhad and its related corporations to the newly elected Board.
