Preamble

MENURUT subperaturan 15(1) Peraturan-Peraturan Optik 1994 [P.U. (A) 210/1994], notis diberi mengenai keputusan penamaan yang berikut ke Majlis Optik Malaysia: Nama calon 2. Orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual ialah calon yang mendapat bilangan undi yang terbanyak untuk jawatan yang terdapat bersetentangan dengan nama mereka dalam ruang (2) dan terpilih sebagai anggota Majlis Optik Malaysia bagi tempoh tiga tahun mulai 9 Februari 2014.

NOTICE OF DECLARATION OF THE RESULT OF NOMINATIONS TO THE

MALAYSIAN OPTICAL COUNCIL

PURSUANT to subregulation 15(1) of the Optical Regulations 1994 [P.U. (A) 210/1994], notice is given of the following results of nominations to the Malaysian Optical Council:

The persons named in column (1) of the Schedule are the candidates with the highest number of votes for the offices appearing against their names in column (2) and have been elected as members of the Malaysian Optical Council for a period of three years with effect from 9 February 2014.
