  1. MENURUT subperaturan 15(1) Peraturan-Peraturan Optik 1994 [P.U. (A) 210/1994], notis diberi mengenai keputusan penamaan yang berikut ke Majlis Optik Malaysia: Nama calon 2. Orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual ialah calon yang mendapat bilangan undi yang terbanyak bagi jawatan yang bersetentangan dengan nama mereka dalam ruang (2) dan terpilih sebagai anggota Majlis Optik Malaysia bagi tempoh tiga tahun mulai 9 Februari 2017.

Malaysian Optical Council:
