MENURUT perenggan 34(2)(b) Peraturan–Peraturan Zon Bebas 1991 [P.U. (A) 321/1991], notis diberikan bahawa suatu perlelongan awam akan diadakan pada suatu tarikh yang akan ditetapkan selepas tiga puluh hari dari tarikh Notis ini disiarkan dalam Warta bagi melupuskan mana-mana barang, selain barang-barang mudah musnah atau mudah terbakar, yang telah dibawa ke dalam zon bebas Pelabuhan Utara, Pelabuhan Barat, South Point dan PKFZ, Pelabuhan Klang dan—

(a)

masih berada di zon bebas itu dan belum diisytiharkan; atau

(b)

telah ditinggalkan, selepas suatu tempoh empat bulan dari tarikh barang-barang itu dibawa ke dalam zon bebas itu.

Preamble

PURSUANT to paragraph 34(2)(b) of the Free Zones Regulations 1991 [P.U. (A) 321/1991], notice is given that a public auction will be held on a date to be fixed after thirty days from the date of the publication of this Notice in the Gazette to dispose of any goods, other than perishable or inflammable goods, which have been brought into the free zones of the North Port, West Port, South Point and PKFZ, Port Klang and—

(a)

have remained at the free zones and have not been declared; or

(b)

have been abandoned, after a period of four months from the date the goods were brought into the free zones.
