NATIONAL HERITAGE ACT 2005
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DESIGNATE SITE AS HERITAGE SITE
PURSUANT to paragraph 27(2)(a) of the National Heritage Act 2005 [Act 645], the Commissioner has given notice to the owner as specified in column (1) of the
Schedule of the site as described in columns (2), (3) and (4) of the intention of the
Commissioner to designate the site as a heritage site.

The owner of the site or any other person who is affected or is likely to be affected by the designation of the site as a heritage site may make an objection to such designation under section 28 of the Act by serving a notice of objection on the
Commissioner at the Commissioner of Heritage, National Heritage Department, Block A and B, Bangunan Sultan Abdul Samad, 50050, Jalan Raja, Kuala Lumpur or through e-mail at info@heritage.gov.my on or before 27 January 2017.
