- BAHAWASANYA kerusi Ahli bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri N. 20 Sungai Limau, Kedah telah menjadi kosong berikutan dengan kematian Ahli tersebut. SILA AMBIL PERHATIAN bahawa Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya telah mengeluarkan writ pilihan raya pada 3 Oktober 2013 kepada pegawai pengurus Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri N. 20 Sungai Limau, Kedah dan bahawa hari penamaan bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya tersebut ialah pada 23 Oktober 2013 dan bahawa sekiranya pilihan raya itu dipertandingkan dalam Bahagian Pilihan Raya, maka hari mengundi ialah pada 4 November 2013. - WHEREAS the seat of the Member of the State Constituency of N. 20 Sungai Limau, Kedah has become vacant in consequence of the death of the said Member. TAKE NOTICE that the Election Commission has issued an election writ on the 3 October 2013 to the returning officer of the State Constituency of N. 20 Sungai Limau, Kedah and that the day of nomination in respect of the said Constituency shall be the 23 October 2013 and that in the event of a contested election in this Constituency, the polling day shall be the 4 November 2013.
