- BAHAWASANYA kerusi Ahli bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya Parlimen P.165 Tanjung Piai, Johor telah menjadi kosong berikutan kematian Ahli tersebut. SILA AMBIL PERHATIAN bahawa Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya telah mengeluarkan writ pilihan raya pada 2 Oktober 2019 kepada pegawai pengurus Bahagian Pilihan Raya Parlimen P.165 Tanjung Piai, Johor dan bahawa hari penamaan bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya tersebut ialah pada 2 November 2019 dan bahawa sekiranya pilihan raya itu dipertandingkan dalam Bahagian Pilihan Raya, maka hari mengundi awal ialah pada 12 November 2019 dan hari mengundi ialah pada 16 November 2019. Preamble
- WHEREAS the seat of the Member of the Parliamentary Constituency of P.165 Tanjung Piai, Johore has become vacant in consequence of the death of the said Member. TAKE NOTICE that the Election Commission has issued an election writ on 2 October 2019 to the returning officer of the Parliamentary Constituency of P.165 Tanjung Piai, Johore and that the day of nomination in respect of the said Constituency shall be 2 November 2019 and that in the event of a contested election in this Constituency, the advance polling day shall be 12 November 2019 and the polling day shall be 16 November2019.
