- BAHAWASANYA kerusi Ahli bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya Parlimen P. 044 Permatang Pauh, Pulau Pinang telah menjadi kosong berikutan dengan kekosongan luar jangka Ahli tersebut. SILA AMBIL PERHATIAN bahawa Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya telah mengeluarkan writ pilihan raya pada 8 April 2015 kepada pegawai pengurus Bahagian Pilihan Raya Parlimen P. 044 Permatang Pauh, Pulau Pinang dan bahawa hari penamaan bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya tersebut adalah pada 25 April 2015 dan bahawa sekiranya pilihan raya itu dipertandingkan dalam Bahagian Pilihan Raya, maka hari mengundi awal adalah pada 3 Mei 2015 dan hari mengundi adalah pada 7 Mei 2015. - WHEREAS the seat of the Member of the Parliamentary Constituency of P. Permatang Pauh, Penang has become vacant in consequence of the casual vancancy of the said Member. TAKE NOTICE that the Election Commission has issued an election writ on 8 April 2015 to the returning officer of the Parliamentary Constituency of P. 044 Permatang Pauh, Penang and that the day of nomination in respect of the said Constituency shall be 25 April 2015 and that in the event of a contested election in this Constituency, the advance polling day shall be 3 May 2015 and the polling day shall be 7 May 2015.
