- BAHAWASANYA kerusi Ahli bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya Parlimen P. Sungai Besar, Selangor telah menjadi kosong berikutan dengan kematian Ahli tersebut. SILA AMBIL PERHATIAN bahawa Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya telah mengeluarkan writ pilihan raya pada 13 Mei 2016 kepada pegawai pengurus Bahagian Pilihan Raya Parlimen P. 093 Sungai Besar, Selangor dan bahawa hari penamaan bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya tersebut ialah pada 5 Jun 2016 dan bahawa sekiranya pilihan raya itu dipertandingkan dalam Bahagian Pilihan Raya, maka hari mengundi awal ialah pada 14 Jun 2016 dan hari mengundi ialah pada 18 Jun 2016. Preamble
- WHEREAS the seat of the Member of the Parliamentary Constituency of P. Sungai Besar, Selangor has become vacant in consequence of the death of the said Member. TAKE NOTICE that the Election Commission has issued an election writ on 13 May 2016 to the returning officer of the Parliamentary Constituency of P. Sungai Besar, Selangor and that the day of nomination in respect of the said Constituency shall be 5 June 2016 and that in the event of a contested election in this Constituency, the advance polling day shall be 14 June 2016 and the polling day shall be 18 June 2016.
