- BAHAWASANYA kerusi Ahli bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri N. 74 Pujut, Sarawak telah menjadi kosong berikutan dengan kehilangan kelayakan Ahli tersebut. SILA AMBIL PERHATIAN bahawa Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya telah mengeluarkan writ pilihan raya pada 22 Mei 2017 kepada pegawai pengurus Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri N. 74 Pujut, Sarawak dan bahawa hari penamaan bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya tersebut ialah pada 20 Jun 2017 dan bahawa sekiranya pilihan raya itu dipertandingkan dalam Bahagian Pilihan Raya, maka hari mengundi ialah pada 4 Julai 2017. Preamble
- WHEREAS the seat of the Member of the State Constituency of N. 74 Pujut, Sarawak has become vacant in consequence of the disqualification of the said Member. TAKE NOTICE that the Election Commission has issued an election writ on the 22 May 2017 to the returning officer of the State Constituency of N. 74 Pujut, Sarawak and that the day of nomination in respect of the said Constituency shall be the 20 June 2017 and that in the event of a contested election in this Constituency, the polling day shall be the 4 July 2017.
