- BAHAWASANYA kerusi Ahli bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri N.66 Bugaya, Sabah telah menjadi kosong berikutan dengan kematian Ahli tersebut. SILA AMBIL PERHATIAN bahawa Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya telah mengeluarkan writ pilihan raya pada 30 November 2020 kepada pegawai pengurus Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri N.66 Bugaya, Sabah dan bahawa hari penamaan bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya tersebut ialah pada 4 Januari 2021 dan bahawa sekiranya pilihan raya itu dipertandingkan dalam Bahagian Pilihan Raya ini, maka hari mengundi awal ialah pada 12 Januari 2021 dan hari mengundi ialah pada 16 Januari 2021. Preamble
- WHEREAS the seat of the Member of the State Constituency of N.66 Bugaya, Sabah has become vacant in consequence of the death of the said Member. TAKE NOTICE that the Election Commission has issued an election writ on 30 November 2020 to the returning officer of the State Constituency of N.66 Bugaya, Sabah and that the day of nomination in respect of the said Constituency shall be 4 January 2021 and that in the event of a contested election in this Constituency, the advance polling day shall be 12 January 2021 and the polling day shall be 16 January 2021.
