- BAHAWASANYA kerusi Ahli bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya N.66 Bugaya, Sabah telah menjadi kosong berikutan dengan kematian Ahli tersebut. SILA AMBIL PERHATIAN bahawa Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya telah mengeluarkan writ pilihan raya pada 20 Oktober 2022 kepada pegawai pengurus Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri N.66 Bugaya, Sabah dan bahawa hari penamaan bagi Bahagian Pilihan Raya tersebut ialah pada 5 November 2022 bahawa sekiranya pilihan raya itu dipertandingkan dalam Bahagian Pilihan Raya ini, maka hari mengundi awal ialah pada 15 November 2022 dan hari mengundi ialah pada 19 November 2022. Preamble
- WHEREAS the seat of the Member of the State Constituency of N.66 Bugaya, Sabah has become vacant in consequence of the death of the said Member. TAKE NOTICE that the Election Commission has issued an election writ on 20 October 2022 to the returning officer of the State Constituency of N.66 Bugaya, Sabah and that the day of nomination in respect of the said Constituency shall be 5 November 2022 and that in the event of a contested election in this Constituency, the advance polling day shall be 15 November 2022 and the polling day shall be 19 November 2022.
