- BAHAWASANYA Dewan Negeri bagi Negeri Johor telah menjadi kosong berikutan dengan pembubaran Dewan tersebut pada 3 April 2013 oleh Sultan Johor. SILA AMBIL PERHATIAN bahawa Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya telah mengeluarkan writ pilihan raya pada 11 April 2013 kepada pegawai pengurus Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri Johor yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual bersama-sama ini dan bahawa hari penamaan bagi setiap Bahagian Pilihan Raya Negeri itu ialah pada 20 April 2013 dan sekiranya pilihan raya itu dipertandingkan dalam mana-mana Bahagian Pilihan Raya, maka hari mengundi awal ialah pada 30 April 2013 dan hari mengundi ialah pada 5 Mei 2013. Preamble
- WHEREAS the Legislative Assembly of the State of Johore has become vacant in consequence of its dissolution on the 3rd of April 2013 by the Sultan of Johore. TAKE NOTICE that the Election Commission has issued election writs on the 11th of April 2013 to the returning officers of the State Constituencies of Johore 3 specified in the Schedule hereto and that the day of nomination in respect of each State Constituency shall be the 20th of April 2013 and that in the event of a contested election in any of such Constituencies, the advance polling day shall be the 30th of April 2013 and the polling day shall be the 5th of May 2013.
