PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(2) dan 5(1) Akta Lembaga Penyelidikan dan Pembangunan Perhutanan Malaysia 1985 [Akta 319], Menteri telah melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (2) dan (3) Jadual sebagai ahli dan ahli silih ganti Lembaga di bawah peruntukan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) bagi tempoh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (4).
