- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Federal Capital Act 1960 [Act 190] and pursuant to paragraph 2(ab) of the Advisory Board of the City of Kuala Lumpur Regulations 1989 [P.U. (A) 172/1989], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong appoints Puan Noor Zaidah binti Dahalan as a member of the Advisory Board of the City of Kuala Lumpur with effect from 1 March 2012 until 28 February 2015.
