(A) 223/1984], Menteri telah melantik Prof. Dr. Ima Nirwana binti Soelaiman sebagai anggota dan Dr. Ahmad Nazrun bin Shuid sebagai anggota silih ganti Pihak Berkuasa berkenaan dengan perenggan 3(3)(c) bagi tempoh tiga tahun berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Januari 2012. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 3(2)(d) and subregulation 4(1) of the Control of Drugs and Cosmetics Regulations 1984 [P.U. (A) 223/1984], the Minister has appointed Prof. Dr. Ima Nirwana binti Soelaiman as a member and Dr. Ahmad Nazrun bin Shuid as an alternate member of the Authority in respect of paragraph 3(3)(c) for a period of three years with effect from 1 January 2012.
