- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 3(2)(d), subperaturan 3(8) dan 4(1) Peraturan-Peraturan Kawalan Dadah dan Kosmetik 1984 [P.U. (A) 223/1984], Menteri telah melantik Prof. Madya Dr. Mohd bin Makmor Bakry sebagai anggota dan Dr. Norazrina binti Azmi sebagai anggota silih ganti Pihak Berkuasa berkenaan dengan perenggan 3(3)(c) bagi tempoh tiga tahun berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Januari 2015. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 3(2)(d), subregulations 3(8) and 4(1) of the Control of Drugs and Cosmetics Regulations 1984 [P.U. (A) 223/1984], the Minister has appointed Prof. Madya Dr. Mohd bin Makmor Bakry as a member and Dr. Norazrina binti Azmi as an alternate member of the Authority in respect of paragraph 3(3)(c) for a period of three years with effect from 1 January 2015.
