MENURUT subperaturan 3(8) Peraturan-Peraturan Kawalan Dadah dan Kosmetik 1984 [P.U. (A) 223/1984], pelantikan orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual sebagai anggota Pihak Berkuasa berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) dan pelantikan orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (3) sebagai anggota silih ganti berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (4), disiarkan dalam Warta.

PURSUANT

TO subregulation 3(8)

of the

Control of

Drugs and

Cosmetics Regulations 1984 [P.U. (A) 223/1984], the appointment of persons named in column (1) of the Schedule as members of the Authority with effect from the dates specified in column (2) and the appointment of persons named in column (3) as alternate members with effect from the dates specified in column (4), are published in the Gazette.
