(A) 223/1984], pelantikan orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual sebagai anggota silih ganti bagi anggota Pihak Berkuasa yang dinamakan dalam ruang (2) berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3) disiarkan dalam Warta.

APPOINTMENT OF MEMBER AND ALTERNATE MEMBER OF THE AUTHORITY

PURSUANT

TO subregulation 3(8)

of the

Control of

Drugs and

Cosmetics Regulations 1984 [P.U. (A) 223/1984], the appointment of person named in column (1) of the Schedule as an alternate member for the member of the Authority named in column (2) with effect from the date specified in column (3) is published in the Gazette.
