- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 10(2) of the Administration of Islamic Law (Federal Territories) Act 1993 [Act 505], Yang di-Pertuan Agong, on the advice of the Minister, has appointed Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail as ex-officio member of the Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan for a period of three years with effect from 1 September 2012.
