- IN exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (5) of Article 42 of the Federal Constitution, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong has appointed Professor Emeritus Tan Sri Dr. Khoo Kay Kim and Tan Sri Mohd Bakri bin Haji Omar to be members of the Pardons Board for the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur, Labuan and Putrajaya constituted under Clause (11) of Article 42 for a period of three years with effect from 1 July 2013 until 30 June 2016.
