YBhg. Dato' Nursiah binti Arshad menjadi anggota Lembaga Pengampunan bagi

Wilayah-Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Labuan dan Putrajaya yang ditubuhkan di bawah Fasal (11) Perkara 42 bagi tempoh tiga tahun berkuat kuasa mulai 23 Februari 2018 hingga 22 Februari 2021.

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (5) of Article 42 of the Federal Constitution, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong has appointed YBhg. Dato’ Nursiah binti Arshad to be a member of the Pardons Board for the Federal Territories of Kuala Lumpur, Labuan and Putrajaya constituted under Clause (11) of Article 42 for a period of three years with effect from 23 February 2018 until 22 February 2021.
