- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 5(1) Akta Suruhanjaya Persaingan 2010 [Akta 713], Perdana Menteri, atas syor Menteri, telah melantik Datuk Dr. Rahamat Bivi Yusoff sebagai anggota Suruhanjaya Persaingan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Januari 2015 hingga 31 Disember 2017. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(1) of the Competition Commission Act 2010 [Act 713], the Prime Minister, upon the recommendation of the Minister, has appointed Datuk Dr. Rahamat Bivi Yusoff as a member of the Competition Commission with effect from 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2017.
