- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 5(1) Akta Suruhanjaya Persaingan 2010 [Akta 713], Perdana Menteri, atas syor Menteri, telah melantik Dato' Iskandar Halim bin Hj. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(1) of the Competition Commission Act 2010 [Act 713], the Prime Minister, upon the recommendation of the Minister, has appointed Dato' Iskandar Halim bin Hj.
