- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 5(1) Akta Suruhanjaya Persaingan 2010 [Akta 713], Perdana Menteri, atas syor Menteri, telah melantik Dato’ Jagjit Singh a/l Bant Singh sebagai anggota Suruhanjaya Persaingan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 April 2020 hingga 31 Mac 2023. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(1) of the Competition Commission Act 2010 [Act 713], the Prime Minister, upon the recommendation of the Minister, has appointed Dato’ Jagjit Singh a/l Bant Singh as a member of the Competition Commission with effect from 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2023.
