PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 7 Akta Ibu Kota Persekutuan 1960 [Akta 190] dan menurut perenggan 2(aa) Peraturan-Peraturan Lembaga Penasihat Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur 1989 [P.U. (A) 172/1989], Yang di-Pertuan Agong melantik Dato’ Othman bin Semail sebagai ahli Lembaga Penasihat Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur bagi tempoh mulai 15 Mei 2019 hingga 14 Januari 2021 atau sehingga tamat perkhidmatannya dengan Kementerian Kewangan, mengikut mana-mana yang terdahulu. Lembaga Penasihat [P.U. (B) 268/2018] pada 16 Mei 2018 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 15 Mei 2019.

APPOINTMENT AND REVOCATION OF APPOINTMENT OF MEMBER

OF THE ADVISORY BOARD

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Federal Capital Act 1960 [Act 190] and pursuant to paragraph 2(aa) of the Advisory Board of the City of Kuala Lumpur Regulations 1989 [P.U. (A) 172/1989], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong appoints Dato’ Othman bin Semail as a member of the Advisory Board of the City of Kuala Lumpur for the period from 15 May 2019 to 14 January 2021 or until the end of his service with the Ministry of Finance, whichever comes first. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Suhara binti Husni as a member of the Advisory Board of the City of Kuala Lumpur pursuant to paragraph 2(aa) of the Advisory Board of the City of Kuala Lumpur Regulations 1989 published in the notification of Appointment of Member of the Advisory Board [P.U.
