- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 59B Akta Keselamatan Sosial Pekerja 1969 [Akta 4], Menteri telah melantik Encik Zakri bin Mohd Khir sebagai Pengerusi Lembaga Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial bagi tempoh dari 8 Oktober 2018 hingga 31 Julai 2019. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Dr. Aseh bin Haji Che Mat sebagai Pengerusi Lembaga Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan Ahli Lembaga Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial [P.U. (B) 463/2017] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 3 Oktober 2017 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Oktober 2018. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 59B of the Employees’ Social Security Act 1969 [Act 4], the Minister has appointed Encik Zakri bin Mohd Khir as the Chairman of the Social Security Organization Board for the period from 8 October 2018 to 31 July 2019. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Dr. Aseh bin Haji Che Mat as the Chairman of the Social Security Organization Board in the notification of Appointment of Members of the Social Security Organization Board [P.U. (B) 463/2017] published in the Gazette on 3 October 2017 is revoked with effect from 1 October 2018. [KSM/PUU/(S)/600-1/6/1/2; PN(PU2)58/XIX]
