- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 5(1) dan (3) Akta Lembaga Penyelidikan dan Pembangunan Perhutanan Malaysia 1985 [Akta 319], Menteri telah melantik Wan Hasmah binti Wan Mohd sebagai ahli silih ganti Lembaga berkenaan dengan perenggan 3(2)(b) berkuat kuasa mulai 3 September 2012 hingga 30 September 2013. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Zurinah binti Pawanteh sebagai ahli silih ganti sebagaimana yang disiarkan dalam P.U. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsections 5(1) and (3) of the Malaysian Forestry Research and Development Board Act 1985 [Act 319], the Minister has appointed Wan Hasmah binti Wan Mohd as an alternate member of the Board in respect of paragraph 3(2)(b) with effect from 3 September 2012 until 30 September 2013. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Zurinah binti Pawanteh as an alternate member of the Board as published in P.U.
