PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(1) dan 7(1) Akta Lembaga Perindustrian Kayu Malaysia (Pemerbadanan) 1973 [Akta 105], Menteri telah melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (2) dan (4) Jadual Pertama sebagai anggota dan anggota silih ganti Lembaga di bawah perenggan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) bagi tempoh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3) dan (5). Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Kedua sebagai anggota dan anggota silih ganti Lembaga yang disiarkan dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan Anggota dan Anggota Silih Ganti Lembaga [P.U. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsections 4(1) and 7(1) of the Malaysian Timber Industry Board (Incorporation) Act 1973 [Act 105], the Minister has appointed the persons named in columns (2) and (4) of the First Schedule as members and alternate members of the Board under the paragraph specified in column (1) for the period specified in columns (3) and (5). Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of the persons named in column (1) of the Second Schedule as member and alternate member of the Board published in the notification of Appoinment of Members and Alternate Members of the Board [P.U. (B) 86/2017] on 6 February 2017 is revoked with effect from the date specified in column (2). P.U. (B) 298 3
