- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4(1)(b) Akta Lembaga Lebuh Raya Malaysia (Pemerbadanan) 1980 [Akta 231], Menteri telah melantik Datuk Wan Ahmad Uzir bin Haji Wan Sulaiman sebagai anggota Lembaga bagi tempoh mulai 15 September 2021 hingga 16 September 2023. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Datuk Badrul Hisham bin Mohd sebagai anggota Lembaga dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan Anggota Lembaga [P.U. (B) 188/2020] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 31 Mac 2020 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 19 Julai 2021. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(1)(b) of the Highway Authority Malaysia (Incorporation) Act 1980 [Act 231], the Minister has appointed Datuk Wan Ahmad Uzir bin Haji Wan Sulaiman as a member of the Authority for the period from 15 September 2021 to 16 September 2023. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Datuk Badrul Hisham bin Mohd as a member of the Authority in the notification of Appointment of Member of the Authority [P.U. (B) 188/2020] published in the Gazette on 31 March 2020 is revoked with effect from 19 July 2021. [KKR.PUU.110-1/1/3; PN(PU2)368/Jld. 9]
