PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 6 Akta Lembaga Lada Malaysia 2006 [Akta 656], Menteri telah melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (2) Jadual Pertama sebagai anggota Lembaga di bawah perenggan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) bagi tempoh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3) masing-masing. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Encik Mohamad Faizal bin Mohamad Ibrahim sebagai anggota Lembaga dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan dan Pembatalan Pelantikan Anggota dan Anggota Silih Ganti Lembaga [P.U. (B) 20/2022] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 13 Januari 2022 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Julai 2022. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Malaysian Pepper Board Act 2006 [Act 656], the Minister has appointed the persons named in column (2) of the First Schedule as members of the Board under the paragraphs specified in column (1) for the period specified in column (3) respectively. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Mr. Mohamad Faizal bin Mohamad Ibrahim as a member of the Board in the notification of Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Members and Alternate Member of the Board [P.U. (B) 20/2022] published in the Gazette on 13 January 2022 is revoked with effect from 1 July 2022. P.U. (B) 392 3
