PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 11 Akta Agensi Kelayakan Malaysia 2007 [Akta 679], Menteri telah melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (2) Jadual Pertama sebagai anggota Majlis Agensi Kelayakan Malaysia di bawah peruntukan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) dengan kedudukan sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3) bagi tempoh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (4). APPOINTMENT AND REVOCATION OF APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS OF

COUNCIL OF MALAYSIAN QUALIFICATIONS AGENCY

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Malaysian Qualifications Agency Act 2007 [Act 679], the Minister has appointed the persons named in column (2) of the First Schedule as members of the Council of Malaysian Qualifications Agency under the provisions specified in column (1) in the capacity as specified in column (3) for the period specified in column (4). Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of the persons named in column (2) of the Second Schedule as members of the Council of Malaysian Qualifications Agency under the provisions specified in column (1) in the capacity as specified in column (3) published in the P.U. (B) 515 3 notification of Appointment of Members of Council of Malaysian Qualifications Agency [P.U. (B) 96/2017] on 10 February 2017 is revoked with effect from the dates specified in column (4).
