Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(1) of the National Wages Consultative Council Act 2011 [Act 732], the Minister appoints Amir bin Omar as a member of the National Wages Consultative Council from amongst public officers representing the Ministry of Human Resources with effect from 15 May 2017 to 30 September 2017. P.U. (B) 342 3 Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Dato’ Mohd. Sahar bin Darusman as a member of the National Wages Consultative Council from amongst public officers representing the Ministry of Human Resources as published in the notification of Appointment of Members of the National Wages Consultative Council [P.U. (B) 387/2015] on 30 September 2015 is revoked with effect from 31 March 2017.
