Pembatalan pelantikan 2.
Pelantikan orang yang dinamakan dalam Jadual Kedua sebagai anggota
Majlis Perundingan Gaji Negara sebagaimana yang disiarkan dalam pemberitahuan yang berikut dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 30 September 2017:
(a)
Pelantikan Anggota Majlis Perundingan Gaji Negara [P.U. (B) 387/2015] yang disiarkan pada 30 September 2015;
(b)
Pelantikan dan Pembatalan Pelantikan Anggota Majlis Perundingan Gaji
Negara [P.U. (B) 126/2016] yang disiarkan pada 25 Mac 2016;
(c)
Pelantikan dan Pembatalan Pelantikan Anggota Majlis Perundingan Gaji
Negara [P.U. (B) 125/2017] yang disiarkan pada 2 Mac 2017; dan
(d)
Pelantikan dan Pembatalan Pelantikan Anggota Majlis Perundingan Gaji
Negara [P.U. (B) 342/2017] yang disiarkan pada 14 Julai 2017.

NATIONAL WAGES CONSULTATIVE COUNCIL ACT 2011
APPOINTMENT AND REVOCATION OF APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS OF
THE NATIONAL WAGES CONSULTATIVE COUNCIL
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(1)
of the
National Wages Consultative Council Act 2011 [Act 732], the Minister appoints the persons named and the public officers holding the office referred to in column (1) of the
First Schedule as members of the National Wages Consultative Council for the period, or with effect from the date, as specified in column (2).
Revocation of appointment 2.
The appointment of the persons named in the Second Schedule as members of the
National Wages Consultative Council as published in the following notifications are revoked with effect from 30 September 2017:
(a)
Appointment of Members of the National Wages Consultative Council
[P.U. (B) 387/2015] published on 30 September 2015;
(b)
Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Members of the
National Wages Consultative Council [P.U. (B) 126/2016] published on 25 March 2016;
(c)
Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Members of the
National Wages Consultative Council [P.U. (B) 125/2017] published on 2 March 2017; and
(d)
Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Members of the
National Wages Consultative Council [P.U. (B) 342/2017] published on 14 July 2017.
