- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 5(1)(e) Akta Majlis Perundingan Gaji Negara 2011 [Akta 732], Menteri melantik Matkar bin Siwang sebagai anggota Majlis yang mewakili pekerja berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Ogos 2022 hingga 30 September 2023. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Raveendra Kumar a/l Mallan sebagai anggota Majlis yang mewakili pekerja sebagaimana dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan Anggota Majlis Perundingan Gaji Negara [P.U. (B) 675/2020] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 8 Disember 2020 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Ogos 2022. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 5(1)(e) of the National Wages Consultative Council Act 2011 [Act 732], the Minister appoints Matkar bin Siwang as a member of the Council representing the employees with effect from 1 August 2022 to 30 September 2023. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Raveendra Kumar a/l Mallan as a member of the Council representing the employees as in the notification of Appointment of Members of the National Wages Consultative Council [P.U. (B) 675/2020] published in the Gazette on 8 December 2020 is revoked with effect from 1 August 2022.
